Every interaction with Lumina uses AI tokens. How many depends on the model and how much information is processed, from instruction through to response. On average 1 million AI tokens is about 780,000 words. Images and large files, or a long run of feedback inside one response, use more. Token fees are allocated to your account so your Lumina agents can do their work.

Bring your own LLM on the Premium Resource Pack and token fees fall away. A Lumina operator licence of $20 per agent is added to your monthly subscription instead. Talk to our technical sales team about connecting your LLM.

Lumina agents are role-based agents you configure and deploy in TechnoCenter, working directly against your dedicated knowledge base. How many you get, and how far you can customise and train them, scales with your resource pack. Standard and Premium allow closer training to your team, organisation and standards, which improves accuracy.

Each Lumina agent works with an assigned LLM, tuned for performance and accuracy. Standard and Premium packs include a range of models to choose from, across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Meta. Lumina is multi-tenant, so you can pick the model you want. Only Standard and Premium allow you to customise instruction sets (prompt templates) and responses (deliverable templates), which sets the standard an LLM works to.

Every resource pack includes a dedicated knowledge base, for data security and transparency over training data. Training data is what you give a Lumina agent so it learns your goals, standards, team and organisation. Training is how agents work accurately, and it keeps you in control of what is shared. All training data and AI interactions are auditable.

TechnoCenter and Lumina are SaaS platforms, available natively through a secure hosted private cloud — a VPC in AWS. That requires a run-time licence to provision compute, memory and storage. Premium Resource Packs add your own private cloud and on-premise deployment, at $5 per seat for managed deployment, platform upgrades and maintenance.

TechnoCenter supports VPC deployments and on-premise installations on containerised environments (Docker or Kubernetes) on Windows or Linux. Supported environments include AWS (EKS), Azure (AKS), Google Cloud (GKE), Red Hat OpenShift and STACKIT. Premium Resource Packs include connectors that build and synchronise two-way data workflows between TechnoCenter and platforms like Jira and Microsoft Azure, so your tooling works as one. A flat $50 per connector is added to your monthly subscription. Our technical team handles the integration itself, with a once-off fee of $10,000 covering professional services and support to unify your tooling.

TechnoCenter and Lumina carry a range of security protocols. Users and Lumina agents are managed with fine-grained access controls. Files and uploaded content are scanned for viruses before storage. Our data governance programme keeps user and agent activity monitored and auditable. Customer data is ring-fenced using dedicated knowledge bases, with SSL certificates encrypting data in transit and at rest. Integration keys and access tokens are vaulted and encrypted. The API is private, not open for public consumption. These measures are native to every resource pack, and all native and enterprise security models include daily monitoring and automated threat detection. Premium Resource Packs add single sign-on (SSO) and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), tying user access to your organisation's access management and central user administration. The SSO/SAML connector carries an additional $50 per connector.

Support scales with each resource pack. Dedicated success managers are available to enterprise customers, to read usage data and advise on productivity and return on investment.

Your monthly subscription is demand-based, with resource packs aligned to a minimum number of users. Custom pricing is available for enterprise customers who need more than 50 seats.

Per seat, billed monthly. Pro is $49 a seat with a minimum bundle of 10 seats, so $490 a month is the smallest Pro subscription. Enterprise starts at $59 a seat from 50 seats. Starter is $0 for up to 5 seats.

Each plan carries a resource pack. Starter runs on the Basic Resource Pack, Pro on Standard, Enterprise on Premium. The plan sets your seats. The pack sets the AI resource behind them — tokens, agents, models, hosting and support.

Enterprise starts at $59 a seat with a minimum bundle of 50 seats. Above 50 seats we price it with you, which is why the card says custom. Billing and seat counts are flexible. Talk to sales and we will scope it against your team.
