Learn TechnoCenter by using TechnoCenter.
You pick the platform up by doing real work in it, not by reading about it. The Academy hands you a sandbox already stocked with a sample product, then walks you through the screens your role actually uses. Each challenge you finish earns points, and nothing you do in the sandbox touches live work.
- Testing with TechnoTest
- Tour the QA workspace
- Create your first test suite
- Generate test cases for a story
You start in a sandbox, not an empty screen.
A new account normally opens on nothing — no product, no data, nowhere obvious to click. The Academy hands you a demo product that is already populated, so the first thing you do in TechnoCenter is real work rather than setup. It is ring-fenced: nothing you change in there reaches anyone else.
Populated from the first loginNothing to configure
Sample epics, stories, test cases and defects are already there. You can open a real screen and change something on your first minute in the product.
Safe to get wrongRing-fenced from live work
The sandbox is separate from your live products. Delete the wrong thing, run the wrong test, break the flow on purpose — none of it leaves the demo.
Watch it, walk it, then do it.
Every challenge is one of three kinds, and they build on each other. Each takes a few minutes and is worth points when you finish it.
Watch a short video
Ninety seconds on what a module is for, before you touch it. Worth 5 points.
Take the guided tour
Tooltips walk you across the real screens, one step at a time. Worth 10 points.
Do it for real
You perform the action yourself and TechnoCenter checks you got there. Worth 15 to 20 points.
Your challenges, in the product itself.
The Academy is not a separate learning portal you log into. It sits in the left rail of TechnoCenter, and the challenges it gives you run on the same screens you will use every day.
- Grouped by module — the TechnoTest track teaches you TechnoTest, on the real TechnoTest screens.
- Points as you finish — each challenge is worth 5 to 20, so you can see how far through a track you are.
- Yours to pace — a challenge takes a few minutes, and the track waits where you left it.
You only get the challenges your job needs.
The Academy sets your track from your role, so a test manager is not sitting through product strategy tooling. Select a role to see the track it opens.
- Product manager · TechnoProduct — start from strategy, then personas, epics and the backlog. Five challenges, 65 points.
- Business analyst · TechnoAnalysis — epics into user stories, then the acceptance criteria that say when a story is done. Three challenges, 30 points.
- Test manager · TechnoTest — test scope, the Test Library, the Test Lab and defects. Five challenges, 60 points.
- Developer · TechnoBoard — swimlanes, cards and how work moves across the board. Four challenges, 45 points.
- Designer · TechnoBoard — where design work sits on the board and how it hands over. Four challenges, 45 points.
Your team gets useful in TechnoCenter without a training project.
Nobody has to book a workshop or wait for someone senior to walk them through it. The training is in the product, so people pick it up in the gaps between other work.
For youHands-on from the start
You learn the screens you will actually use, by doing the work on them. The skill stays with your team afterwards, which is cheaper than hiring for it.
- A clear next step, every time you log in
- Skills that came from real screens, not slides
- Upskill the people you already have
For whoever owns the rolloutThe same start for everyone
Every new person gets the same guided start, whether they join on day one or six months in. You can see who has finished which track, so gaps are visible before they become problems.
- One consistent start, however many people join
- No hand-holding session per new account
- Progress you can actually see
Your first challenge takes about two minutes.
Open the Academy from the left rail and start the first challenge on your track. You will have done something real in TechnoCenter before you have finished your coffee.
